Meditative spirals
Spiral geometries that breathe and coil. Genuinely hypnotic: good to leave running in the background.

Graphics lab
A selection of experiments with the web graphics libraries — Three.js, anime.js, plain canvas. No recorded video: they run in real time in your browser and react to mouse, touch and movement. Open, play, come back. They work best full screen. From here on they are split into two groups: the ones meant for the screen and the ones tuned for a headset (WebXR, for example Meta Quest).
Requires a modern browser with WebGL. On a phone they may warm the device up a little — that is normal.
in Italian The demos themselves are not translated: their on-screen text — the «← Lab» back button, the settings panels, the hints — is in Italian. The experiments need no reading to be enjoyed.
Experiments made for the screen: a modern browser with WebGL and a mouse or a finger are enough.
Spiral geometries that breathe and coil. Genuinely hypnotic: good to leave running in the background.
A real-time storm: volumetric clouds on shaders, branching lightning that lights up sky, rain and wet ground, synthesised thunder.
The feeling of falling without end through a tunnel that keeps regenerating. Hypnotic, expansive motion.
Audio-visual patterns that play with perception, drawn on plain canvas: no external library, only maths and rhythm.
Immersive WebXR experiences, tuned for the Meta Quest: open this page in the headset’s browser and press «Entra in VR» (Enter VR). They also work on a normal screen, as ordinary 3D.
Two hundred metres below the surface, where a thread of light still reaches: bioluminescent jellyfish, swaying shafts of light, marine snow, seaweed, and the shape of a whale passing through the haze. You move by pointing at the seabed and rise or sink with the stick.
Night over a frozen lake: curtains of aurora rippling overhead and reflecting off the ice, mountains on the horizon, snow, wind and creaking in spatial audio. You move by teleporting, pointing at where to land.
An immersion into space: high-definition spiral galaxies that really rotate, comets, pulsars and nebulae. You fly with the controllers and adjust density, brightness and speed from the settings panel.
A journey inside a universe of stars and nebulae generated in real time: a galaxy, a black hole, a solar system and meteors. Turn, explore, get lost — the controller trigger changes the scene.
These are my favourites, picked and cleaned up out of many more attempts. I will add to them as I go. Is there an effect you would like to see? Suggest it.
